Making loan repayments

1. Login to your Client Access Account and check your outstanding loan balance.

2. Login to your online banking account and complete the following steps:

a. Set Payee – “Equitable Life – Loan Payment”
b. Enter your policy number
c. Enter the amount that you wish to pay back
